Ross Pegram

Mr. Pegram is the Investment Manager responsible for leading acquisitions for the company. His role includes identifying target markets and overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and negotiation of complex real estate transactions. 

Prior to joining Dalian, he was an Investment Associate at Redbrick LMD, where he led underwriting for a $3+ billion development pipeline and managed the disposition of a $275 million garden-style apartment community. He previously worked at The Carlyle Group, supporting fund management for U.S. real estate investments. 

Mr. Pegram holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University.
