Mr. Harney is responsible for the global day-to-day operations for the family office. Mr. Harney is a real estate executive with over 25 years of experience raising capital and operating real estate companies.
Previously, Mr. Harney was the Principal of Property Capital LLC, a debt placement advisor firm founded in 2002. While at Property Capital, Mr. Harney arranged over $7BB in placements in all commercial property types for various clients including, REITS, pension funds, private equity funds and entrepreneurs.
Before forming Property Capital, Mr. Harney held senior leadership positions at First Union Capital Markets Group (now Wells Fargo), Medvest, a private, offshore investment company and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Harney has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Montana State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
