Development Manager
Ms. Hook is the Development Manager for all active projects in the portfolio bringing expertise from closing to completion, including financing, entitlements, design, master planning, and marketing. She has over 8 years of residential development experience including for-sale and for-rent product types and has been involved with various stages of development for over 1,500 residential units throughout her career.
Prior to joining Dalian, Ms. Hook was a Development Associate for EYA where she was responsible for evaluating and sourcing new acquisitions as well as management of a range of project types, including master-planned mixed-use development.
Ms. Hook has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown.
