Vice President, Accounting
Jamil White is the Vice President of Accounting, and manages all accounting functions across both Dalian Development and our sister company, WindHQ. He has nearly 20 years of experience in various accounting fields including assurance, corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Prior to joining Dalian, he served as Vice President, and Controller at New Energy Equity, the 8th largest domestic commercial solar developer. Jamil also serves on the Board of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA).
Mr. White has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Morgan State University. Mr. White is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
