Eric Mulata

Mr. Mulata is the Vice President of Development, leading acquisition and development activities for the company. He has over 16 years of experience concentrated in ground-up multifamily and mixed-use development.

Prior to joining Dalian, he was the Director of Development for The Howard Hughes Corporation where he was responsible for day-to-day development activities for retail and residential projects in the Merriweather District, a 3MM square foot mixed-use development.

Mr. Mulata has a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
