Mr. Klein oversees all contractual and legal matters for the family office. He has 15 years of experience negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
Previously, Mr. Klein was a partner at the law firm of Smith | Robertson LLP in Austin, Texas. While at Smith | Robertson LLP, in addition to data center matters, Mr. Klein represented national retailers in their retail and corporate leasing matters, negotiating leases for retail stores, corporate offices and campuses across the US. From 2003 to 2008, he was with the law firm of Cooley LLP.
Mr. Klein has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Georgia.
