Senior Development Analyst
Mr. Mackay is a Senior Development Analyst with Dalian Development, LLC. Mr. Mackay is responsible for advancing development pursuits and project execution across the company’s portfolio.
He brings five years of experience in ground-up multifamily development, with hands-on involvement spanning site evaluation, entitlements, construction management, and municipal coordination, from early predevelopment through certificate of occupancy across all multifamily product types.
Prior to joining Dalian, Mr. Mackay was an Analyst at Jefferson Apartment Group, where he supported predevelopment and construction on projects totaling over $600 million in development cost across the Washington, DC, and Charlotte, NC, metro areas.
Mr. Mackay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies, with a concentration in Chinese Language, from Washington and Lee University.
