Senior Advisor, Construction
Until recently, Mr. Burt served as the EVP of Construction for Dalian Development. He has over 25 years of commercial and residential construction management experience. Mr. Burt now services as a Senior Advisor to the Development Team part time.
Prior to joining Dalian, Mr. Burt was a construction project manager for UDR. He was instrumental in the success of multiple large scale mixed-use developments including delivering the first LEED Platinum residential building in Washington, DC.
Previously, Mr. Burt held senior construction management and development positions at Fairfield Residential and Pulte Homes.
Mr. Burt earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Development from George Mason University.
