Mr. Hart is responsible for investment management for the family office. This includes evaluating investment opportunities, as well as leading financial modeling, cashflow forecasting, asset management and lender relations.
Mr. hart has over 15 years of commercial real estate finance, asset management, and reporting experience. Previously, Mr. Hart was a Director with Property Capital, LLC where he managed underwriting and due diligence for the firm’s equity and debt placement activities.
Prior to joining Property Capital, Mr. Hart worked as an Asset Manager for KBS Realty Advisors where he was responsible for the financial performance of over 2MM SF of office and industrial assets in the Mid-Atlantic. Before Joining KBS Realty Advisors, Mr. Hart worked as an Equity Portfolio Manager for the Real Estate Investment Group at MetLife Insurance where he managed a $40BB real estate portfolio.
Mr. Hart has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. He received his Master in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
