Founder & CEO

        Mr. Fateh is an international businessman and philanthropist. He has been recognized as an innovator in the internet infrastructure industry and one of Washingtonian Magazine’s most prolific philanthropists. Mr. Fateh was previously the CEO and Co-Founder of DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc (NYSE:”DFT”), a wholesale data center REIT and DuPont Fabros Development (“DFD”). In 2001, the founders brought the majority of DFD’s data center investments to the public investment market as DuPont Fabros Technology which sold in 2017 to Digital Realty Trust for $7.8BB in enterprise value.

        Today, Mr. Fateh’s family office invests across the globe with headquarters in Washington, DC and London, UK. The companies under the umbrella of Mr. Fateh’s family office include CloudHQ, Cloud Capital, WindHQ, Dalian Development and various philanthropic foundations. Collectively, the family office has over $8BB AUM and in development.

        Mr. Fateh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University. He was on Executive Committee of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown University; the Advisory Board for the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis (CREAU) at George Washington University and the Research Council for the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
