Senior Manager, Design and Construction
Mr. Lockhart is the Senior Manager, Design and Construction, overseeing project execution across the company’s development pipeline. He leads entitlements, design management, construction oversight, consultant coordination, jurisdictional engagement, and overall project delivery. He brings more than a decade of real estate development experience across master‑planned communities, multifamily (market‑rate, luxury, affordable, and public housing), hotel, adaptive‑reuse, and mixed‑use retail and office projects.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lockhart was a Development Manager at Urban Atlantic, where he delivered complex public‑private projects and managed redevelopment efforts across urban portfolios. Over his career, he has delivered or renovated more than 1,500 multifamily units and contributed to over $1 billion in real estate projects.
Mr. Lockhart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
