Construction Manager
Mr. Burt is the Construction Manager for all active projects in the portfolio. He has over 17 years of experience in Commercial Development with 12 years concentrated on the Mixed-use multifamily Market.
Prior to joining Dalian, he was a Project Manager for The Hanover Company where he was responsible for ground up construction of mixed-use multifamily buildings in various markets and construction types. In total Mr. Burt has managed the construction and delivery of 1,895 multifamily units.
Mr. Burt has a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Building Construction from Virginia Tech
