Development Analyst
Mr. Rowland is the Development Analyst with Dalian Development, focusing on evaluating development opportunities across the United States. In addition, Mr. Rowland assists the capital markets team by managing investor relations for Dalian specific properties.
Prior to joining Dalian, Mr. Rowland attended The George Washington University where he was heavily involved in the business school, working as a Mentor Coach within the Undergraduate Programs office where he helped teach career development to fellow students, as well as being an active member of the Real Estate Finance and Alliance Mentorship Program. In addition, Mr. Rowland served as Vice President and President of the Men’s Rowing Team his Junior and Senior year respectively, earning the recognition of All American, his senior year. Mr. Rowland currently sits on the Friends of GW Men’s Rowing alumni board, as well as the CREUA Young Leaders Organization.
Mr. Rowland received a Bachelor of Science in Business, where he studied Real Estate and Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The George Washington University.
