Senior Vice President
Mr. Etminani is Senior Vice President at Dalian Development, LLC. He brings over 25 years of experience in the acquisition, financing, development, asset management, and disposition of institutional-grade residential, mixed-use, commercial, and land projects across the U.S. and the MENA region.
Prior to joining Dalian, Mr. Etminani was the principal and founder of RCP Companies, an entrepreneurial real estate investment, development, and advisory firm based in Miami, FL and Washington, DC. Since its founding in 2005, RCP conceived and implemented institutional-grade projects in partnership with investors such as the Carlyle Group and Citigroup Property Investors.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Etminani was Senior Vice President and a member of the Executive Management Committee at Post Properties, Inc. (NYSE), and held senior roles at JPI Development Company’s Mid-Atlantic/Northeast office.
Mr. Etminani has served on the Executive Committee of ULI’s Washington District Council and on DC mayoral task forces on transit-oriented development and commercial/residential development. His projects have won numerous regional and national awards.
Steve earned his BBA from The George Washington University and his MA from George Mason University.
